Pierre Chambat (1943-2024)
Pierre Chambat was the first French surgeon member of the ACL Study Group. He was a magnificent mentor for generations of young French
and foreign orthopaedists. His surgical class, his scientific rigor, his intellectual honesty, his modesty and his caustic humor left
a deep impression on us. Above all, he pushed us to offer the best for our patients, to be worthy of our profession, medicine.
