I first attended an ACL Study Group in Engelberg, Switzerland, 2012. My area of ACL reconstruction interest include remnant sparing ACLR with MRI remnant/graft assessment. I have always been interested in augmenting ACL graft with "lars"ligament and recently fibre tape to allow accelerated rehabilitation without graft stretch. I routinely perform double bundle ACLR for complete ACL rupture and for partial (single bundle injury) rupture single bundle reconstruction. I work in our local paediatric orthopaedic unit and perform paediatric ACLR and recently paediatric ACL augmented with a LET.
